The above file contains patents that give details on the manufacture and performance of MnAlC or Mn-Al-C manganese aluminum carbon magnets, bismuth based magnets and silver based magnets and magnetic materials. These are the magnetic materials suggested for use as the target material of the electrical power producing device with gravity modification side effects detailed in the downloadable file about Delayed Lenz's Law.
Bismuth based magnetic materials like this:

Silver based magnetic materials are suggested because they have high coercivity but lower remanence meaning it is easier to flip their direction of magnetization than many other more 'hard' magnetic materials.
