The files are simply copies of George Bugh's files in his personal research folder on his hard drive at the time of burning this CD with some files removed that were never available at the above URL either.

George Bugh is a senior staff design engineer at a major aerospace defense company with 18 years of experience with electronic and electromagnetic devices and systems. However these files are unrelated to his day job. For the last 5 years he has made a personal and in depth study of unusual claims of energy producing devices found on the web by various inventors. In addition, he has done much research of his own. 

These files are the result of his 5 years of research. No invented terminology is needed to explain these devices. If all printed out it would be the volume of a typical book however there are hyper links in the text referring to other science sites for science materials and on line college lectures, etc. so it may be easier to study on a PC. These files do not provide complete design details that would allow anyone to make a magnon (spin wave) laser without first learning the material presented in these files.
